Foster developments Homoeopathic Medical College, Aurangabad has various departments in spacious environments. College has recently constructed two flours to increase the department's space .There are separate Departments for U.G. & P.G.

P.G. : Each U.G. & P.G. Department Consist of office of for Head of Department, one separate room of waiting of lecturers, semi conference hall for clinical discussion. Departmental library is also attached with latest teaching material and books. All P.G. departments are having separate departmental Library for P.G. Student & Conference Hall. P.G Departments are also having research laboratory. Modern facilities like online library, Wi-Fi access and latest equipments and software's are available for references for both teachers as well as students.

Ph.D. : College is also having Recognition of Research center for PhD affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Nashik. College is having research laboratory in building of P.G. departments. Various researches are conducted in research laboratory.

U.G. : Anatomy, Physiology & Biochemistry, Homoeopathic Pharmacy (UG & PG) has well equipped laboratories and Demonstration hall. Each Department is provided with Computers with high speed internet Connection. In the Departments of Homoeopathic Materia medica , Organon Of medicine,& Repertory Photographical history of Homoeopathy and Homoeopathic pioneers are well placed on the walls of department.
